  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of wigs and hair bundles, no refunds or exchanges are allowed once products have been shipped and received.

  • Customers must inspect their items upon receipt. Any concerns regarding quality, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

 

 

 

2. Refund Policy

 

 

  • Refunds are not offered on wigs or bundles once received.

  • Refunds may only be issued if an error occurred on our part, such as shipping the wrong item.

 

 

 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

 

  • Customers may request an order cancellation within 24–48 hours of purchase.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may already be processed, customized, or prepared for shipment.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us directly via email or phone within the allowed timeframe.

 

 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

 

 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
